and other unusual venues.
The aim of our
service is to find the most appropriate venue for you - to achieve
this, we don't limit ourselves by having agreements with any
preferred venues.

We promise,
wherever possible, to provide you with an initial written
shortlist within 24 hours of your enquiry. Our shortlists
provide not only venue names and prices, but also a venue description
and a brief outline of how the venue would suit your event. We also
include a link to the venue's website, so that you can instantly
access further information.

We save you
money by negotiating with venues until we have the best solution for you.

Azora Events offers a complete
venue finding service. |
We check
availability for your preferred dates and provisionally hold space
with the proposed venues to allow you to consider the options safe in
the knowledge that you are guaranteed availability. If you aren't
100% satisfied with your venue shortlist, we will happily search
again until we find 'the one'.
Once you've
considered the options, Azora Events will organise for you to visit
your preferred venues, and for information packs to be sent to you
from individual venues.
And when
you're satisfied that we've found the best venue for your needs, we
will handle all of the time-consuming confirmation process on your behalf.
Whilst we are
confident that you will be pleased with the venues which we suggest,
you are under no obligation to book any of the venues which we find,
and if at the end of the day, you decide to book another venue, there
will be no charge for our services. All that we ask is, that if you
decide to book one of the venues which we have suggested, you allow
us to handle the booking with the venue upto the point of confirmation.
