Once
you have established that you need to organise an event, all you
need to do is contact
Azora Events,
and we will undertake all of the time-consuming venue research on
your behalf.
We
can find venues for any type of event, so whatever you need to
organise, Azora Events can help with the venue.

WE ALL KNOW
THAT FINDING THE PERFECT VENUE CAN TAKE HOURS (AND SOMETIMES EVEN
DAYS) - HOW CAN AZORA EVENTS OFFER THIS SERVICE FOR FREE?

Using a venue
finder to book your event is similar to using a travel agent to book
your holiday. Like all venue finders, we work on a commission basis
with venues, which allows us to offer a free service to you, the
buyer. However, unlike some agencies, we don't limit ourselves by
having agreements with any preferred venues - we're sure that you
would choose to have the full range of venues offered to you, rather
those select few who would pay us more commission. We value our
impartiality, and hope that you will too! All that we ask from you in
return, is that you don't place your enquiry with any other
venue-finders, whilst we are working on your behalf.

DON'T
VENUES INCREASE THE RATES THEY QUOTE TO AGENCY BOOKINGS TO COVER THE
COMMISSION PAYMENTS?

Not at all. In
fact, event venues recognise that more and more buyers are using
venue finding agencies, and value our business very highly. Venues
also know that agents are more aware of current market prices and
seasonal trends than independent buyers. Azora Events' staff use
their knowledge of the market and relationships with venues to ensure
that you don't pay any more for your event than is necessary,
negotiating rates with venues until we are happy that you have been
given the best deal available.

HOW DO I
CONTACT AZORA EVENTS?

HOW WILL
AZORA EVENTS KNOW WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IN A VENUE?

WHAT WILL I
RECEIVE FROM AZORA EVENTS?

After our
initial discussion, Azora Events' staff will contact those venues
that they believe will be suitable for your event. Once we have
responses, we will provide you with a written proposal, outlining all
of the available venues, their facilities and prices. This will be
sent to you by fax or e-mail within 24 hours of your enquiry. We will
place a provisional hold on the shortlisted venues to ensure that
they remain available whilst you make your decision.

WHAT
HAPPENS IF I NEED MORE INFORMATION ON SOME VENUES?

Once you've
had chance to look through the proposal, we will call you to check
what further information you will need. We will obtain individual
brochures for those venues which interest you, and will inform those
which you reject.

IF I WANT
TO SEE THE VENUES, HOW WILL I ARRANGE SITE VISITS?

WHAT
HAPPENS ONCE I DECIDE TO BOOK MY CHOSEN VENUE?

Once you have
chosen a venue, Azora Events will forward written confirmation to the
venue and to you. This confirmation will clearly outline all of your
requirements. The venue will then produce a contract or agreement,
which they usually send directly to you, the buyer. Once you have
signed the agreement to confirm your booking, the contract becomes
legally binding. If you would like Azora Events to check the contract
before you sign, we will happily do this for you.

HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY EVENT?

EVENTS HELP ME TO MANAGE OTHER ASPECTS OF MY EVENT AFTER I HAVE MADE
THE VENUE BOOKING?

Azora Events
will happily liaise between you and your chosen venue right up to the
day of your event. If you want more support, we offer a whole range
of Event
Management services, and can support you with every
stage of your organisation. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer
Event Management for free, but we do design affordable solutions to
match your requirements.
