Azora Events
supports registered charities in two ways:
1. We offer a
free venue finding service
2. We offer a donation
to our charity clients for each event booked through us**
Azora Events
appreciates that charities often have very strict budgets for their
events. We have numerous venues in our database which can offer low
rates, or specially reduced rates for charities.

service - FOR FREE!
Our free
service will save you hours of time-consuming and frustrating
searching, and will make sure that you don't pay more than you need to.

We can suggest
venues for social events including dinners, lunches, awards
ceremonies, or conference and training anywhere in the UK.
You use our
service in a similar way to that of a travel agent. Simply tell us
what type of event you're planning, what geographical area and your
preferred dates, and we will identify those venues which could host
your event. Azora Events contacts the venues on your behalf, and will
check availability and negotiate the best rates for you. We then put
all of the results together for you to consider the options for your event.
Within 24
hours we will e-mail you a shortlist of venues which can match your
requirements. Our shortlist is a detailed document personalised to
provide only the information which is relevant to your event enquiry.
It contains information on the style of the venues, the rooms they
can offer and their capacities, rates and availability for your
event. We also try, wherever possible, to include a link to the
venue's own website, so that you can access further information immediately.
Once you've
considered the options, Azora Events will organise for you to visit
your preferred venues, and for information packs to be sent to you
from individual venues.
We will
support and advise you all the way through the research and
negotiation process, and will even check the contract and ensure that
you are fully aware of the venue's terms and conditions before you
commit to anything - so even if you've never organised an event
before, you can use our experience and expertise to ensure your event
is professionally organised. When you are completely satisfied that
you have the best venue for your event, we handle the daunting
confirmation process on your behalf.
Whilst we are
confident that you will be pleased with the venues which we suggest,
you are under no obligation to book any of the venues which we find,
and if at the end of the day, you decide to book another venue, there
will be no charge for our services. All that we ask is, that if you
decide to book one of the venues which we have suggested, you allow
us to handle the booking with the venue upto the point of confirmation.
We are happy
to find venues for any event with a budget of £500 or more (we
regret that we can't help with smaller enquiries than this, although
we may be able to advise on other resources where you could find help).
What's
more, we will make a donation to your charity** every time you book
an event through Azora Events!
**The
donation to charity will be paid by cheque after the organising
charity has paid all monies owing to the venue. The donation is a
percentage of the commission received by Azora Events from the venue,
and will be dependent on the venue selected and the total value of
services booked with the venue. This offer is only available to
registered charities. Please ask us for further details.
