We work with a
huge range of venues from traditional hotels to trendy bars and
restaurants, from stately homes and museums to sports grounds. Just
let us know what type of event you want to organise, and we'll
provide you with a list of potential venues - for free!

us with your details, then sit back and let Azora
Events search on your behalf.
What's more,
we will check your preferred date with any suitable venues, and hold
the space provisionally for you, to allow you to consider the options
without losing availability.
Within 24
hours we will e-mail you a shortlist of venues which can match your
requirements. Our shortlist is a detailed document personalised to
provide only the information which is relevant to your event enquiry.
It contains information on the style of the venues, the function
rooms they can offer and their capacities, rates and availability for
your event. We also try, wherever possible, to include a link to the
venue's own website, so that you can access further information immediately.
Once you've
considered the options, Azora Events will organise for you to visit
your preferred venues, and for information packs, menus and wine
lists to be sent to you from individual venues..
Whilst we are
confident that you will be pleased with the venues which we suggest,
you are under no obligation to book any of the venues which we find,
and if at the end of the day, you decide to book another venue, there
will be no charge for our services. All that we ask is, that if you
decide to book one of the venues which we have suggested, you allow
us to handle the booking with the venue upto the point of confirmation.
We are happy
to find venues for any event with a budget of £500 or more (we
regret that we can't help with smaller enquiries than this, although
we may be able to advise on other resources where you could find help).
